Mykonos 5 Star Hotels - Lake Fork Fishing Report

Be sure to get the right report so you can be at the right place to bag your limit. The local guides offer reports on their websites. Make sure you get the latest update for your trip. You might be unpleasantly surprised by the consequences, if you base what you do on inaccurate information. Keep yourself up to date about the latest fishing report.

Here are some good fishing locations on the lake and best lures to use:

Red rattletraps, in Lake Fork Creek - use watermelon lizards. When fishing in Trout Cove - suggest using watermelon lizards and flukes with no weights. When fishing in Wolf Creek - I suggest you use Texas Rigged worms (watermelon) under any boatdocks and channels.

Senkos along bank, in Glade Creek - use spinners. Jigs in creeks, in White Oak Bay - use Texas rigged worms. In Birch Creek - use shallow water red crank baits. White spinner baits, try the fishing in Running Creek - suggest using weightless senkos, if you get a chance.

Or just about any Stick Bait, flukes, prop Baits, normally Poppers. Early morning top water baits are just about anything that floats. A variety of watermelon green plastic worms and lizards seems to work well during the hot months when fished in grass.

364 acres with a maximum depth of 70 ft, lk Fork has a surface area of 27. The normal lake water is slight to moderate algal staining. The Pool level is 403 ft mls with a fluctuation average of 2 to 4 ft annually. Is located in the northeast part of the state, lake Fork Texas.
